There are no fees applied to cancellations. Your money will be reinstated securely to the account used to make your purchase.

Returns

There are no restocking fees or any hidden fees of any kind. If for any reason you would like to return your purchase for a full refund, please return your item in its original condition and within 30 days of return, we will refund your money ASAP.

Unwashed, unworn or defective merchandise may be returned or exchanged for a different size, style or a store credit within 30 days from the date of shipment.

Shipping costs to send any non-damaged items back to Ranch Gear LLC or it's clients is the responsibility of the customer. Ranch Gear LLC will be responsible for return shipping costs on defective merchandise only.

Exact measurements of each shirt are available on every product page.  Instead of double ordering, we ask you to please compare these measurements to a shirt of your own to make sure you are ordering the appropriate size.

Ranch Gear LLC will not accept returns or exchanges for any item that has been washed, dried, damaged or stained in any way. This includes items that have been damaged or shrunk in a dryer. Ranch Gear LLC is not responsible for bleeding or fading of colors due to washing. We recommend washing all shirts in cold water and hang drying to prevent discoloration and shrinkage.

Exchanges
To exchange your order for any reason just send it back to us in it's original condition and we will be happy to exchange it for you. Please include a note specifying which other item you would like in exchange.
